2014 Idir Dhá Aigne

This is my contribution to the 'Idir Dhá Aigne' Exhibition which opened in the Cultúrlann on 1 May 2014. and then moved on to the Skainos Centre on 21 June. All paintings are in elegant white frames.

I have broken my twelve pieces into pairs as a play on the title of the exhibition meaning 'Between two minds'. The pairs relate and reflect a theme.

The boarded up front door of an abandoned cottage in Donegal followed by the back yard door of a terraced house in the 'Rock Streets' off the Falls Road.
